clarissa: Awww, the new Jenny Owen Youngs CD (An Unwavering Band of Light. Pick it up) came in the mail today — and it brought a party with it! Along with the CD, her team sent me a mini tour poster, a balloon, a couple of Tootsie Rolls and confetti! Plus a sweet note from her mom. HER MOM?! I LOVE IT! Seriously, it’s super awesome when artists have amazing personalities in real life. It just makes their music that much sweeter. Yes! Got mine today, and loved the confetti that attacked me when I opened it. :)
